The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has announced the winners of the 9th Qatar Digital Business Award (QDBA) 2025, recognising 13 category leaders from a field of 341 submissions following a four-stage evaluation overseen by 35 independent jurors. H.E. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, honoured the winners at a ceremony in Doha.
H.E. Al Mannai said the award has become a national symbol of technological excellence and a key lever for public–private collaboration, adding that the adoption of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and data analytics is essential to accelerate digital transformation and improve services across sectors.
H.E. Reem Al Mansoori, Assistant Undersecretary of Digital Industry Affairs at MCIT, said this year’s edition reflects rising maturity in digital transformation across the public and private sectors, underscoring investment in digital capabilities as a pillar of sustainable growth.

According to MCIT, five finalists from each category presented to the jury, with 40 projects advancing to the final stage before winners were named. The QDBA forms part of the Ministry’s wider effort to foster an integrated digital ecosystem under Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030.
